Every story begins with an idea and a man brave enough to follow his dream, and this is also how our story begins. Emanuel Postoaca established Nordis in 2008, convinced that his experience in real estate could help him offer something different to the real estate market. And he was right.

From 2008 until today, Nordis has developed harmoniously, becoming specialized in trading premium properties in central and northern Bucharest. We also offer property management services in the same area.

In 2011 Nordis began working with developers on the Bucharest real-estate market, both as exclusive sales representative and as project manager for several residential compounds.
